Khaled then worked as a Designer and Supervising for Mahmoud Ahmed Mahhmoud Consultant from 1992 to 1994. In 1994, they joined Khalifa Elsuwaidy Contracting EST. as a Site Manager. Khaled later joined ALFAHIM in 1996, where they held various positions including Assistant projects Manager, Facilities Manager, and ultimately became the Head Of Facilities Management in 2018. In their roles at ALFAHIM, they were responsible for managing a large portfolio of properties and overseeing staff, budgeting, strategic planning, and delivering services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Khaled Hadhoud earned their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Cairo University from 1981 to 1986. Khaled later pursued a high diploma in Construction Management from Cairo University from 1988 to 1989.
