Gabriel Pereira, MSc, is an AI Engineer at Algar Telecom since March 2024, with a previous role as a Generative AI Engineer at BlueShift Brasil from August 2022 to March 2024, where responsibilities included customizing generative AI models, developing end-to-end solutions for chatbots, code translation, and text summarization. Gabriel has expertise in Big Data architectures and ETL processes from multiple data sources as a Data Engineer, utilizing a technical stack that includes Python, Azure OpenAI, and PySpark. Prior to the tech industry, Gabriel served as a Physics Teacher at Colégio E Curso Opcão from February 2019 to January 2023, and holds a Master’s in Physics with a focus on Atomic Physics from the Department of Physics at UFPE.
