Mustafa Kapadia has over 18 years of work experience, primarily in supply chain management and operations roles. Mustafa started their career at Eicher Group as an Assistant Manager from July 2003 to June 2005. Mustafa then joined Alghanim Industries in April 2007 as a Supply Chain Analyst and progressed through various roles, including Project Manager, Operations Manager, Head of Operations, Director of Supply Chain Management, and currently serves as the Senior Director of Supply Chain Management. Mustafa has been with Alghanim Industries for over 14 years and has extensive experience in managing the supply chain and operations functions.
Mustafa Kapadia has an MBA in Strategy & Operations from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore. Mustafa also holds a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
