Maqsood Ahmad

Maqsood Ahmad is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing and enhancing technology operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Internal IT at Algo since May 2024, Maqsood oversees global IT operations. Previously, Maqsood held the position of Manager Information Technology at Kot Addu Power Company Limited from August 2011 to May 2024, where responsibilities included developing IT strategies, managing a network of over 300 nodes, and leading significant software implementations. Maqsood's career also includes leadership roles at Saad-e-Soft, Pak Elektron Limited, Nafees Group of Companies, and early career positions in IT consultancy and education. Maqsood holds an MSc in Mathematics–Computational from the University of the Punjab and a Diploma in Software Engineering from the National College of Computer Science.
