Michael Yao is a Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Finance at Alibaba Group, bringing extensive experience in capital markets, strategic advisory, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to their current role, Michael was a Managing Director at Rothschild and Goldman Sachs, with a focus on investment banking in Hong Kong. Michael also founded ARX Advisors Limited, a boutique investment banking advisory firm. Michael holds a BS in Economics, Cum Laude, with a focus on Finance and Marketing from The Wharton School.
