Francine Grotto Arida

Francine Grotto Arida is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement, operations, and strategic planning within the real estate sector. Currently serving in a leadership role at Alice since September 2021, Francine previously held significant positions at Ambev, including Capex, MRO & Real Estate Procurement Manager for South America, overseeing a team of 16 and managing an annual budget of USD 600 million. Francine's career also includes roles at Carrefour Brasil, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning and real estate project management, as well as earlier internships focusing on civil engineering projects. Francine holds engineering degrees in Civil Engineering from both USP - Universidade de São Paulo and Ecole spéciale des Travaux publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie, complemented by a technical formation in Environmental Management.
