Guilherme Romero started their work experience as a Bolsista Pesquisador Técnico at CNPq - Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico from September 2015 to August 2016. Guilherme then worked at Abbott as an Estagiário de Produtos - Insuficiência Cardíaca from November 2017 to November 2019, and later as an Especialista de Produtos - Insuficiência Cardíaca from November 2019 to January 2021. At Abbott, they were responsible for promoting and disseminating heart failure devices in Brazil, providing training and surgical procedure support. Guilherme also oversaw international proctorships and conducted national and international training sessions, as well as created a telemedicine-based surgery and training monitoring model.
Guilherme then joined Dasa in January 2021 as a Trainee, participating in various rotations and projects throughout the year. Guilherme'sresponsibilities included designing the implementation process for new clients in the care coordination area using BPM methodologies, developing the Digital Processes area, and serving as a SCRUM Master for the BI and IT Squads. Guilherme also analyzed and transformed data into strategic insights for decision-making. Guilherme's role at Dasa evolved to become an Especialista de Projetos Estratégicos from February 2022 to June 2022, where they led strategic projects, supported the PMO, and managed schedules, risks, and scope using both agile and traditional methodologies.
Guilherme'scurrent work experience is at Alice, where they serve as part of the Health Community team since June 2022. Alice aims to help people establish a healthier lifestyle through personalized plans.
Guilherme Romero's education history begins in 2012 when they attended Etec Getúlio Vargas and obtained a degree in Técnico em Química, which they completed in 2014. In the same year, they enrolled at Universidade Federal do ABC and pursued a Bacharelado em Ciência e Tecnologia until 2017. During this time, they also obtained a Cambridge Advanced English (CAE Certificate) from Cambridge Assessment English in July 2017. From 2014 to 2019, Guilherme continued their studies at Universidade Federal do ABC and completed a Bacharelado em Engenharia Biomédica. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Criatividade, Inovação e Mudança via Design Thinking from Faculdade Cásper Líbero. In 2021, they enrolled in a Pós-Graduação | Gerenciamento de Projetos program at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they completed in 2022. Additionally, in January 2022, Guilherme obtained certifications as an Agile Scrum Master from Fundação Vanzolini and as a Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
