Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Alida since February 2023, Tanya previously held similar positions at Tigera and Traction on Demand. Tanya has also contributed to the Burnaby Board of Trade as a board member and founded Ballet Russe British Columbia Inc., where Tanya served as Executive Director. Additional experience includes roles at UrtheCast, Sony Pictures Imageworks, and Electronic Arts, where Tanya focused on organizational leadership and talent development. Tanya holds an MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, complemented by executive education from Harvard Business School.
