Babak Bastani is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor and wireless technology sectors, currently serving as the VP of Wireless Products at Alif Semiconductor since March 2021. Babak's extensive career includes leadership roles such as Chief Executive Officer at Endura Technologies and Executive Vice President at Imagination Technologies. Babak has also held significant positions as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Product at Cambridge Touch Technologies, where expertise in 3D Multi-Touch technologies was developed. Previously, Babak served as Senior Vice President at Samsung Cambridge Solution Centre and VP Global Chip Design at Cambridge Silicon Radio. Other notable roles include VP of Engineering at SiRF Technology and Executive Director of R&D at Freescale Semiconductor, along with foundational experiences at Motorola Semiconductor Products Sector. Babak holds an MS in Satellite Communications Engineering from the University of Surrey and a BEng in Electrical Engineering from King's College London.
