Sampan Chen also held director-level positions in Field Application Engineering (FAE) at Staccato Communications and Glonav, with earlier roles at Artimi and Cavium Networks. Sampan Chen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Chung Hua University between 1998 and 2001.
