Maher El-Abdallah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the human capital management sector. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Align HCM since January 2018, Maher leads the firm as a certified UKG Services Partner. Prior roles include Managing Partner at Covalence Inc. from June 2014 to August 2017, AVP of Services at Dayforce from February 2012 to January 2014, and Director of Workforce Management Implementation at Ceridian from June 2011 to February 2012. Maher also co-founded Versult, serving as Director of Professional Services until its acquisition by Ceridian in June 2011, and worked as a Solution Specialist at Workbrain, Inc. from April 2001 to May 2007. Maher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Western University, earned between 1998 and 2001.
