Hope Dersch

Hope Dersch is an experienced professional with a robust background in research and development coordination, business development, and administrative support. Currently serving as the R&D Laboratory Coordinator at Align Technology since July 2021, Dersch efficiently manages lab operations while ensuring compliance and collaboration with safety and engineering teams. Prior experience includes a role at Alliance Technologies - Laboratories, where Dersch supported the CEO in various aspects of sales, marketing, and finance, while also contributing to HR projects. Earlier, Dersch worked as an Administrative Assistant at Frontiers International Travel, aiding airline department managers and later coordinating travel arrangements for the Elegant Journeys department.
