Katie Barnette

Katie Barnette is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer success and event management. Currently serving as the Regional Customer Success Manager for Align Technology since August 2023, Katie oversees the onboarding and certification process for new customers and aids in the creation of onboarding assets. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Success Manager at Turas Group, where Katie managed recruitment and client relations for multiple quick service restaurants, and as a Shop Manager at Two Roosters Ice Cream, focusing on customer experience and team management. Katie also held positions as an Event & Sales Director at The Barn of Chapel Hill at Wild Flora Farm, an Event & Sales Manager at Cross and Main, an Event Coordinator at Valassis, and an Active Support Coordinator at Biogen. Katie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Milligan College.
