Rachel O'Marra

Rachel O'Marra is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Align Technology since October 2017, Rachel has held various leadership roles including Sr. Director, HR Business Partner, Director of Employee Relations, and Sr. HR Business Partner. Prior to Align Technology, Rachel worked at Flight 001 from 2001 to 2017, where responsibilities included Head of People and Operations, Director of Retail and Human Resources, Systems and Operations Manager, and Retail and E-commerce Manager. Rachel O'Marra earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University.
