Jeremy Paddison is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in engineering and software development. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Alii since January 2023, Paddison has previously held key roles including Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at both Paradym from September 2017 to December 2022 and Blue Chilli Technology from December 2010 to December 2014. Prior to these positions, Paddison worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Colonial First State Investments Ltd. from July 2006 to November 2011. Paddison holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, and Software Engineering from the University of Newcastle, completed in 2000.
