Riff-Ath Fareed

Riff-ath Fareed has extensive experience in human resources within the hospitality sector, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Alila Hotels since June 2021. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager and Acting Human Resources Manager at Park Hyatt from October 2014 to June 2021, and Assistant Human Resources Manager at Sonevafushi in 2013. Riff-ath’s career began as an HR Assistant at alila villas hadahaa in 2009, with earlier positions at Vilamendhoo Island Resort & Spa and Anantara Maldives. Riff-ath holds an Edexcel BTEC Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Human Resources Management Institute, along with G.C.E. O'level qualifications in Commerce from Muhibuddin School.
