Jerry Regal

Jerry Regal is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Help Desk Analyst at AliMed since March 2017, Jerry previously held the same title at Boston Financial Data Services from September 2016 to March 2017. Before that, Jerry worked at Granite City Electric Supply Co., Inc. for nearly a decade, providing support for all software, hardware, and network needs across 28 branch locations. Jerry's technical expertise includes roles as an Anti-Spyware Engineer at Trend Micro and Desktop Support at PFPC, where support was provided to a large corporate environment. Jerry began the career as a Computer Operator at BIDMC. Jerry holds an MCSE in Computers and Networking from Clark University.
