Samir Kothari

Samir Kothari is the Chief Digital & Technology Officer at Alimentiv, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Samir served as Vice President of Information Technology and Security at Allucent from July 2020 to April 2025, overseeing global IT and security operations. Between June 2016 and July 2020, Samir was Vice President of Information Technology at PRA Health Sciences, leading initiatives in infrastructure, support, information security, and corporate applications. Samir's extensive career at Red Hat from July 1999 to May 2016 included multiple leadership roles, culminating in the position of Senior Director of Infrastructure Services and Enterprise Architecture, where strategic initiatives were developed to enhance IT alignment with business goals. Earlier in Samir's career, positions at Oracle and IBM focused on financial systems and accounting. Samir holds a Master of Science in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington.
