Bader Alsayyari

Bader Alsayyari is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in leading technology projects and initiatives within the financial sector. Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at Alinma Capital since November 2021, Bader successfully upgraded the T24 core financial system and launched new digital platforms. Prior experience includes roles at the Saudi National Bank as a Senior Information Technology Projects Manager, where Bader managed the migration of customer data, and at Samba Financial Group, where responsibilities ranged from Assistant Program Director to IT Delivery Manager, overseeing critical software and data integration projects. Bader's career began as a Programmer Analyst at the UAE Ministry of Education, with earlier roles focusing on human resources and sales. Bader holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and an associate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Riyadh College of Technology.
