David Chang

David Chang is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as the CEO of Damai at Alipay since July 2010 and previously holding the position of HR VP. Prior to Alipay, David held significant HR positions at Perlos as HR Director in the Global HR Department and at RBS as HR Head. David's career also includes HR leadership roles at IKEA, where the focus was on the China market, and C&B responsibilities at Nokia. Early in the career, David was the HR Head at Bausch & Lomb. David Chang completed multiple BA degrees in Astrophysics at Peking University, spanning from 1984 to 1998.
