Heike Rösner

Heike Rösner is a seasoned biochemist with extensive experience in the biotechnology sector. Currently serving as Principal Scientist at ALK since October 2024, Rösner previously held the position of Senior Scientist at Symphogen from March 2020 to October 2024, following earlier roles as Scientist and Assistant Professor at Biotech Research and Innovation Centre (BRIC) at the University of Copenhagen from March 2016 to March 2020. Additional experience includes a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Copenhagen between 2007 and 2015, and a role as Research Scientist at Novo Nordisk A/S in 2006-2007, specializing in formulation science. Early career experience includes a student job in the analytical department at Boehringer Ingelheim in 2002. Rösner earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford and a Dipl. biochem. in Biochemistry from the University of Bayreuth.
