Jordi Abad

Jordi Abad is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and network support. Currently serving as a Core Infrastructure and Security Network Engineer and Global Business IT System Administrator at ALK since August 2017, Jordi is responsible for monitoring WAN/MPLS and LAN statuses, managing network changes, and maintaining documentation in alignment with organizational architecture. Prior to this, Jordi worked at Avon for 17 years, starting as a Desktop Support Technician and advancing to roles including IT Infrastructure Desktop Support Team Leader, where responsibilities included overseeing support teams across multiple countries, ensuring service level agreements were met, and supervising technical support functions in Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Greece. Jordi holds a degree in Ingeniero Técnico en Informática de Sistemas from Universidad de Alcalá.
