Micah Werner

Micah Werner is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and organizational development. Currently serving as the Senior Lead HR Business Partner at ALK since September 2018, Micah has successfully implemented change management strategies to enhance employee engagement. Prior to this role, Micah held positions as an HR Generalist at Warren Equipment Company from June 2014 to September 2018 and as an HR Manager at Bloom Electric from November 2012 to June 2014. Micah holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Southern Nazarene University, earned between 2013 and 2015.
