Chunmiao Feng

Chunmiao Feng is a Senior Biostatistician at Alkahest, Inc. since February 2021, previously serving as a Biostatistician at NCIRE - The Veterans Health Research Institute. Chunmiao has extensive experience in statistical modeling and data analysis, with notable achievements including improving prediction accuracy of gender identification based on voice, uncovering optimal treatments for AIDS patients, and analyzing factors affecting diabetic patient readmission. Prior roles include a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Duke University and Graduate Research Assistant at North Carolina State University, where Chunmiao developed expertise in gene regulatory mechanisms and evolutionary developmental genetics. Chunmiao holds a Master’s degree in Statistics and a Ph.D. in evolutionary developmental genetics from North Carolina State University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Fudan University.
