David Grainger

David Grainger, CSP, CHMM, is a seasoned professional in Environmental Health, Safety, and Security with extensive experience across several prominent companies in the pharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as the Director of Environmental Health Safety and Security at Alkermes since March 2018, Grainger has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Director of Global Environmental Health Safety & Security and previously at Recro Pharma, Inc. as Director of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security. Grainger's prior experience includes significant positions at Elan Pharmaceuticals, Watson Pharmaceuticals, and The IT Group, where responsibilities ranged from consulting to directorial roles. Grainger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of California, Riverside, awarded in 1996.
