Karla Garzon

Karla Garzon currently serves as the Partnership Lead and Policy Analyst at All For Kids, where efforts focus on community engagement, early childhood empowerment, and driving systems change in child care access through collaborative initiatives. Prior to this role, Karla worked at the Child Care Resource Center for five years, initially as an ECE Community Trainer, developing health and safety training for child care providers, and later as an ECE Training Facilitator, leading the transition to virtual instruction and overseeing a training schedule of over 100 sessions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Local Coordinator at Gateway Education USA, conducting interviews and home inspections for foreign exchange student placements. Karla is pursuing a Master of Arts in Diverse Community Development Leadership at California State University, Northridge, after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Los Angeles, and a certificate in Health Occupations Fundamental from Los Angeles Mission College.
