Autumn Whittle has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Autumn started their career at the Health Department Home Care in 2003 as an LPN and worked there until 2006. Autumn then joined Amedisys as an LPN and worked there for four years until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as an LPN Charge Nurse (PRN) at Shady Acres Health and Rehabilitation. Autumn then joined Dorminy Medical Center as an LPN and Sleep Studies Technician from 2011 to 2013.
In 2013, they joined Georgia Home Health Services as an LPN (PRN) and later became a Skilled Nursing Coordinator at Nightingale Services from 2014 to 2018. At Georgia Home Health Services, they worked as an LPN (PRN) again from 2018 to 2019.
Autumn's next role was at Privia Health, where they worked as a Health Advisor from 2019 to 2021. Autumn'sresponsibilities included chronic care management, patient outreach, documentation, education, and care coordination.
Most recently, they joined Nightingale Homecare / Infusion / Pharmacy Inc. in 2021 as a Human Resources Specialist / Scheduler until 2022. Currently, they are employed at AllHealth CHOICE as a Nurse Care Manager, starting in June 2022.
Autumn Whittle completed their education at South Georgia State College from 2018 to 2019, earning an Associate's degree with Honors in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Prior to that, they attended East Central Technical College from 2002 to 2003 and obtained a Practical Nursing Diploma with a focus on Practical Nursing, Vocational Nursing, and Nursing Assistants. Autumn Whittle also holds additional certifications, including Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) from the American Heart Association, which was obtained in April 2022, and a Licensed Practical Nurse qualification from the Georgia Secretary of State, which was obtained in August 2003.
