Hiroaki Hayakawa has extensive work experience in the aviation industry, particularly with All Nippon Airways (ANA). Starting in 1987, Hiroaki initially worked as a Supervisor in Sales Planning at ANA. Following this role, Hiroaki joined JCER (Japan Center for Economic Research) as an Economist for two years. Hiroaki then returned to ANA and held various positions, including Assistant Manager in Marketing and Sales, Passenger Service Manager at Haneda Airport and Shanghai Airport, and Senior Director in the Operations Management Center. In 2018, Hiroaki joined ANA Airport Service as a Senior Vice President before taking on the role of Vice President of the Operations Management Center at All Nippon Airways in 2021.
Hiroaki Hayakawa attended Hokkaido University from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Economics degree with a focus on economics.
