Stana Iliev is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in human rights, social inclusion, and project management. Currently serving as a Campaigns Manager at All Out since September 2019, Stana leads initiatives aimed at promoting equality and dignity for all individuals regardless of their identity. Previous roles include Research Associate positions at Minor Wissenschaft Gesellschaft mbH and Minor Projektkontor für Bildung und Forschung, where Stana worked on issues related to social integration and policy analysis. Additionally, Stana has provided consultancy services at UNHCR Bulgaria and Multi Kulti Collective, focusing on employment for beneficiaries of international protection. Stana's background includes leadership experience at Trust for Social Achievement, Red Cross Bulgaria, and the Bulgarian Fund for Women, contributing to economic empowerment and gender equality initiatives. Stana holds a Master's degree in International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law from European-University Viadrina and a Doctorate in Political Science from New Bulgarian University.

All Out
All Out does not accept financial contributions from corporations or governments - this makes us accountable to our members. Donations go a long way because we use technology to work globally with very low overhead. We just need our website, basic equipment and a small, hard-working and awesome staff. Sometimes All out raises money to directlysupport an urgent need of one of our partner organizations or to pay for specific expenses that help our campaigning partners such as campaign advertising, legal costs, or security. Other times we raise money for All Out itself so we can continue to support our partners and run global campaigns.Although our funding comes primarily from our members, All Out has also been generously supported by the following foundations. Approximately 85% of funds donated to All Out go directly into our campaigning work. The other 15% goes to important organizational needs like management, fundraising, legal advice, accounting support, and infrastructure – all of which are vital to keep us running. While All Out is a global organization with staff and members across the world, we are currently incorporated a in the state of New York, USA. Under New York State law, All Out must conduct an annual independent audit of our finances. Our audits are conducted by Lederer, Levine & Associates, LLC.
