Alastair Pryce is an experienced operations and project delivery leader with a solid background in various managerial roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Head of Operations at All Pump Solutions since December 2024, Alastair previously held key positions at Darwin Group from April 2014 to October 2024, including Head of Project Delivery and Head of Compliance & Continuous Improvement, where responsibilities included improving production efficiency and health and safety compliance. Alastair's earlier roles included Head of Programme, Programme Manager, and Production Coordinator, focusing on manufacturing programme control and procurement management. With a foundational experience as an Assistant Site Manager and Yard Foreman, coupled with military service as a ME Fitter U&P in the British Army, Alastair possesses a comprehensive skill set in operational management and project execution.
