Franz Fritsche is a software development manager with a solid background in technology and programming. Currently serving as the Manager of Software Development at Allane Mobility Group since June 2021, Franz previously held the role of Junior Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes a position at TALLENCE AG as a Werkstudent in Softwareentwicklung, where responsibilities involved both front-end and back-end development, test automation, and web application development using various technologies. Earlier work at Sparkasse Oberlausitz-Niederschlesien focused on IT support, data analysis, and network configurations. Franz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Informatik from Hochschule Zittau/Görlitz and completed Abitur at Joliot-Curie-Gymnasium Görlitz.
