Jay Zawaski

Jay Zawaski is an accomplished podcaster and journalist with significant experience in the sports media industry. Currently serving as the lead podcaster for CHGO Blackhawks Beat at ALLCITY NETWORK since March 2022, Zawaski also works as a hockey columnist at Entercom and operates Madhouse Podcasts LLC, where responsibilities include hosting and managing two prominent independent podcasts. Zawaski's extensive background includes roles as adjunct faculty at Lewis University and an instructor at Illinois Media School, as well as authorship of "The Big 50 - The Men and Moments that Made the Chicago Blackhawks," released in fall 2019. Zawaski's past experience includes being the managing editor of podcasts and multimedia at Audacy, Inc., and serving as executive producer for WSCR 670 The Score’s Midday Show. Additionally, Zawaski is actively involved in the community as a board member and league president for Homewood Baseball and Softball.
