Richard Garrison has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Richard started their career at Capitol EMI Music in 1990 as a Human Resources Director and worked there until 2002. Following that, they joined Kindermusik International as the Director of People Development from 2003 to 2007. Richard then joined Sony Ericsson as a Senior HR Business Partner and worked there until 2011. Currently, Richard serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Allegacy Federal Credit Union, a position they have held since 2011.
Richard Garrison earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from William & Mary between 1974 and 1978. Richard then pursued further education at Webster University from 1979 to 1981, completing a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management.
