Shelly Montgomery

Shelly Montgomery is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and program management. Currently serving as the Director of the Project Management Office at Allegheny Science & Technology since January 2015, Shelly previously held the role of Senior Program Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Shelly was the Director of Operations at Information Research Corporation for a short tenure from October 2014 to January 2015. Shelly’s earlier experience includes serving as Program Director and Vice President of Administration at FMW Composite Systems, Inc. / Puris, LLC from February 2013 to October 2014, as well as Vice President of Operations at createTank from May 2010 to December 2012. Shelly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from West Virginia University.
