Bill Fishburn

Bill Fishburn is an experienced labor relations professional currently serving as Vice President of Labor Relations at Allegiant since December 2018. Bill has a robust background in human resources and labor relations, having held various positions at United Airlines from 1998 to 2012, including Human Resources Manager for Flight Operations and Sr. Representative for Flight Crew Planning and Productivity. Prior to this, Bill worked in labor and employee relations for the Village of Schaumburg from 2012 to 2018 and began a career as a Management Analyst at the University of Montana in 1997. Bill holds a Master of Public Administration degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Montana, a Mediation Training Certificate from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
