Penn Dalton

Penn Dalton is an accomplished aviation professional currently serving as a Flight Dispatcher at Allegiant since December 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Flight Support Specialist at Thrive Aviation and a Flight Scheduler at Sands Aviation LLC. Dalton began a career in aviation at Republic Airways as a Flight Dispatcher and held multiple positions at American Airlines, where responsibilities included managing customer service operations, mentoring staff, and understanding revenue management. Dalton also has a background in broadcast and event production, with a variety of roles at Disneyland Resort and production companies. Penn Dalton holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach.
