Melanie Castle

Melanie Castle, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commodity management and process improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Commodity Manager at Allegion since December 2013, Melanie has progressed through various roles, including Commodity Manager and Materials Project Manager. Prior to joining Allegion, Melanie worked at Ingersoll Rand for six years, where responsibilities included process leadership and engineering internships focused on designing tools and troubleshooting manufacturing processes. Melanie holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Anderson University, earned in 2019.
