Serge Zappone

Serge Zappone currently serves as Vice President APAC and Managing Director of Allegion Ventures, focusing on early-stage growth opportunities to enhance the ecosystem and foster partnerships within the industry. Prior to this role, Serge held various positions at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., including Vice President for Outdoor Products and Commercial, where responsibilities included product development and sales across Europe and ANZ. Serge's extensive experience also includes roles at Saint-Gobain Abrasives, Stoddart Group, and Reece Ltd, demonstrating a strong background in sales management and business development. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Business from Monash University, as well as recent training from the Center for Creative Leadership.
