Rachel Long is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in event marketing and community management. Currently serving as the Global Event Marketing Manager at Allego since January 2024, Rachel focuses on enabling sales success through innovative training solutions. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Events & Community Manager at Refract, an Allego company, where the emphasis was on leveraging conversation intelligence to enhance sales coaching and reduce common frontline mistakes. With experience at Frank Recruitment Group as Events Marketing Team Leader and previously in various event marketing roles, Rachel has cultivated a strong foundation in marketing communications, supported by a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Public Relations from Northumbria University.
