Krista Bean

Krista Bean is currently the Director of Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting at Allegro MicroSystems, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this, Krista served as the Head of External Reporting at Bruker Corp from January 2016 to August 2023, managing significant aspects of financial reporting. Krista's experience spans various roles in accounting and finance, including Accounting Supervisor and Senior Corporate Accountant at Watts Water Technologies, and positions at Abbott Nutrition and Cardinal Health, where responsibilities included financial analysis, budgeting, and contract compliance. Krista began a career as an Internal Auditor at Alliance Data and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Kent State University.
