Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Operations and VP of Strategic Initiatives at Allen Distribution since 2022, Jim previously held the position of Chief Supply Chain Officer at UNFI from 2020 to 2022. Jim's career at DHL Supply Chain spanned nearly three decades, culminating in the role of President Retail North America, where responsibilities included strategic direction and operational execution. Early in their career, Jim served as a Senior Manager at EY from 1983 to 1991.
