Christopher Coleman

Christopher Coleman is a PhD student in Computer Science at Northwestern University, with expected completion in 2026. Since May 2022, Christopher has been a Research Intern at the Allen Institute for AI (AI2), specifically working on Semantic Scholar. Prior experience includes a Research Assistant position at Leonard Lab, where software for predicting bioengineered human cell behavior was developed, and a Software Engineer role at Gibbs Energy, LLC, responsible for creating a mobile application using computer vision and augmented reality. Earlier work also includes research at Tyo Laboratory, where metabolic modeling tools were developed. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northwestern University, completed in 2020.
