Tanmay is a Research Scientist on the PRIOR team at AI2. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he was advised by Prof. Derek Hoiem and closely collaborated with Prof. Alex Schwing. His research interests include learning from vision and language, and building general purpose learning systems. Besides research, Tanmay enjoys playing guitar and creating somewhat musical acoustic covers.
