Stephanie Richter is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in practice services and team management. Since June 2017, Stephanie has served as Manager of Practice Services - Transactional at Allen Matkins, leading a team of over 20 transactional legal secretaries and assistants across six offices nationwide. Prior roles include Supervisor in the same department and Legal Secretary, where Stephanie excelled in supporting attorneys on commercial finance and corporate matters, gaining recognition for expertise in entity formations and due diligence. Prior to Allen Matkins, Stephanie worked at Berliner Cohen, LLP as a Legal Secretary and held various positions including File Clerk and Docket Calendar Clerk, showcasing a strong ability to manage litigation tasks. Early career experience includes a Finance Intern role at InTouch Health, contributing to audit and general finance tasks. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara and is currently pursuing an MBA at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
