Catherine Coleman has extensive experience in leadership roles within the facilities services industry, holding the position of Vice President at multiple companies. Catherine began at OneSource in August 1994, serving as Vice President of Sales until August 2004. This was followed by a tenure at Harvard Maintenance from August 2004 to April 2017, also as Vice President. Catherine then advanced to Guardian Service Industries, Inc. from April 2017 to June 2019, continuing in the Vice President role, and has been the Vice President at Alliance Building Services since July 2019.
