Zoat Hodge has a diverse background in education and youth development, currently serving as a Clerk in the Talent and Teacher Residency Pipeline at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools since November 2021. Hodge has previously held positions including Application Screener and Site Manager at KEEP YOUTH DOING SOMETHING INC from July 2017 to October 2021, as well as working as a Behavior Respite Consultant at Behavior Respite in Action from November 2015 to December 2019. Earlier experience includes tutoring at the Youth Policy Institute from June 2015 to March 2017. Hodge earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, from 2020 to 2022, and holds two Associate of Science degrees in Criminology and Psychology from Moorpark College, completed between 2014 and 2017.
