Karen Kopecki

Karen Kopecki has over 25 years of work experience, with their most recent role being a Sr Manager of Finance at Alliance Entertainment starting in April 2018. In this role, they serve as a key partner to global Marketing leadership, driving goal setting, MROI analysis, and budget oversight. Karen also supports month-end close processes, creates trade funds notes and analysis, and contributes to annual planning and long-term strategic planning.

Prior to Alliance Entertainment, Karen worked at Walmart as a Sr Project Manager - Director from January 2007 to 2009, where they played a crucial role in executing visual merchandising strategies and collaborating with suppliers such as Sony, Fox, Disney, and Nintendo.

Before Walmart, Karen was the Managing Director of Merchandising & Marketing at Complete Marketing Strategies (2003-2005), where they worked closely with the owner and founder to implement visual merchandising strategies for clients.

Earlier in their career, Karen held positions at Colchester Holding Inc as a Senior Project Manager/ Marketing from 2000 to 2002, Blockbuster as a Store Manager from 1997 to 2000, and Disney Store as a Store Manager from 1995 to 1996.

Karen Kopecki has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Fine/Studio Arts, General from Ithaca College. Additionally, Karen attended Keiser University-Ft Lauderdale and studied Legal Assistant/Paralegal, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree in this field.
