Nancy Hay is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of US Mutual Fund Legal at AllianceBernstein since November 2004, Nancy previously held the position of Vice President and Counsel within the same organization. Prior to AllianceBernstein, Nancy worked at GE Asset Management as Acting Associate General Counsel for a brief period in 2004 and spent several years as an Associate at Clifford Chance US LLP from 1998 to 2003. Nancy holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Cornell Law School, obtained between 1995 and 1998, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and French from Tufts University.
