Yanshu Li began their work experience in 2006 at Morgan Stanley, where they served as the CMBS Loan Originations and Securitizations. Yanshu then joined The Blackstone Group in 2010, working in Real Estate Debt Originations. In 2013, they co-founded KG Realty Investments and held the position until 2019. Currently, they work as the Managing Director and Head of Asset Management at AllianceBernstein.
Yanshu Li earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Finance from Princeton University between 2002 and 2006. Prior to this, Yanshu completed high school at Louisiana School of Math, Science, and the Arts from 2000 to 2002, obtaining a high school diploma.
