Jeff Gasser attended Franklin College from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Business with a focus on Marketing. In 2013, they obtained certifications such as VMware VSP 5.1 from VMWare, Veeam Backup & Replication VMSP for VMware from Veeam, and Cisco Sales Expert. Additionally, they obtained the HFMA's Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
